Delete your Eyelet account

You can permanently delete your Eyelet account and all of the data associated with it at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Eyelet and tap your profile picture.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion without the app

Don’t have the app anymore? Send us a request and we’ll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also email support@eyelet.app from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile

  • Workouts and health and fitness history

  • Run routes

  • Training plans

  • Coach conversations and everything Coach remembers

  • Notification settings

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.

What isn’t affected

  • Data in Apple Health, Health Connect, Strava or other services you connected stays there. Manage it in those apps.

  • Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel yours there to stop future charges.
